Tom Harb, Secretary General of the WCCR was received at the Egyptian Foreign Ministry in Cairo by high ranking officials in charge of Middle East and Lebanon affairs. Harb and the Egyptian officials discussed the implementation of UNSCR 1559, 1701 for disarming militias, and finding an acceptable solution to the Palestinian refugee population in Lebanon.
