Dr. Phares comments that the implications for Hizballah in regard to the indictments and tribunal are very heavy. They will be questioned in regards to who planned the attack and those who carried it out. Because of Hizballah's stronghold in every facet of the Lebanese government, there is a chance they could ignore/avoid questioning and arrests as they view the Special tribunal as a western/Israeli conspiracy against them.
