The World Council of the Cedars Revolution (WCCR) Is sad to announce the sudden and unexpected Loss of its National Director for Lebanon

Engineer Kamal El Batal

Kamal, a valiant activist in the struggle for the liberation of the people of Lebanon, had suffered a massive heart attack from which he could not be revived.

How fitting that Kamal’s family name is Batal, ‘Hero’ in Arabic, for that is how he lived his life by witnessing the truth and fearlessly fighting for justice.

His loss to his family, friends and to the WCCR is immeasurable. The Executive of the WCCR Worldwide offers its most heartfelt condolences to his family. May he rest in Peace

The WCCR announces a three day mourning period. Please direct all communications to the WCCR This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
