The Muftis also called for giving the State power to govern and the Army to preserve peace throughout the Country.

Lebanese Muftis call for rendering Beirut void of illegal weapons

Beirut - Muftis of the Lebanese areas condemned in their Friday sermons the scenes of chaos occurring at every political juncture, and thus called for rendering the City of Beirut void of any illegal arms. The Muftis also called for giving the State power to govern and the Army to preserve peace throughout the Country.

The Muftis also called for facilitating the government formation efforts benefitting from Arab agreement. Muftis also called for avoiding hindering attempts in this regards.
